Rasouli Case -- Mooted by Patient's Recovery?

Yesterday, on the Rasouli family's Facebook page, the family questions whether "the two doctors at Sunnybrook hospital can continue to press their case against Hassan in Canada's Supreme Court."  Why?  Because his is apparently doing so well, that intensive care treatment is now more clearly indicated.

The post states:  "We are very pleased with how well he is coming along.  He was out of the bed in a special chair and he was very happy to see us.  Hassan was able to move his arms and was able to shake each one of our hands.  When we gave him a radish he tried to raise it to his mouth to eat.  This is the best I have seen him respond yet.  The hospital has revised his care plan. It appears his recovery is accelerating."
